Big Morongo Canyon Preserve invites you to volunteer!
We are looking for volunteers to lead hikes, and bird walks, maintain trails, and more. You don’t need to be an expert or have a college degree, just a desire to enjoy one of our nation’s most “Watchable Wildlife Sites.” Trained staff and guest speakers help to provide our ongoing docent and volunteer training and special instruction while you participate in our projects.

Support Friends of Big Morongo Canyon Preserve!
Friends of Big Morongo Canyon Preserve is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity organized for the support of programs at Big Morongo Canyon Preserve. We are dedicated to the exploration, preservation, and stewardship of the Preserve by protecting and managing its resources, and by providing educational programs, access to wildlife viewing, and recreational opportunities for the enjoyment of its visitors. The tax identification number for Friends is 93-1168833.
All donations are used by Friends to purchase materials for trail construction, benches, signs, displays, and educational training, and to maintain this Web site and print maps, our bird guide, and other brochures for visitors.
